ALT2Title is a powerful WordPress plugin that automatically copies/syncs alt text to image titles in your media library.
Install
Upload it under Plugins → Add New Plugin → Upload Plugin, then activate.
Install straight from GitHub with WP-CLI:

Installation
- Download the ZIP file from the latest release.
- Log in to your WordPress admin panel.
- Go to

- After installation, click "Activate Plugin".
Usage - Process All Images
- In your WordPress admin panel, go to
Tools>ALT2Title. - Click the "Process Images" button to update all image titles in your media library.
