This is the repository archive. It installs, but the folder name will carry the branch suffix and updates will not flow.
Install straight from GitHub with WP-CLI:
wp plugin install https://github.com/daltonsutton/unique-ids-generator-with-sqids/archive/refs/heads/main.zipNo built-in updater. New versions won't appear under Dashboard → Updates. Install new releases yourself, or let Git Updater track the repository.
Generate Short Unique IDs from Post IDs.
This plugin generates short unique IDs from post IDs. It uses the sqids-php library to generate the IDs.
Activate the plugin. Under the Permalinks settings page, you will see a new tag called %sqid%. Use this tag in your permalink structure to generate a short unique ID for each post.
There are no upgrade notices at this time.
