Install
Upload it under Plugins → Add New Plugin → Upload Plugin, then activate.
Install straight from GitHub with WP-CLI:

Installation
- Copy the plugin folder to
wp-content/plugins/ - Activate dS Downloads for WordPress under Plugins
- Go to dS Downloads → Add New to upload a file
- Copy the generated download URL or use the shortcode
- Optional: configure GA4 under dS Downloads → Settings
