Nothing is created until they click the link — which also filters out spam and junk. Once confirmed, the ticket opens in your workspace and the customer lands in their portal with the request in front of them. - Verify-first. A submission sends a confirmation email; the ticket is only created after the customer confirms, so unverified junk never reaches your agents. - Zero-config field mapping. The add-on auto-detects your email, subject, message, ticket-type, and file-upload fields. You can override any of them, but you usually don't need to. - Customer-chosen ticket type.
