This is the repository archive. It installs, but the folder name will carry the branch suffix and updates will not flow.

Install straight from GitHub with WP-CLI:

wp plugin install https://github.com/collinberg/sceniber_modals/archive/refs/heads/master.zip
No built-in updater. New versions won't appear under Dashboard → Updates. Install new releases yourself, or let Git Updater track the repository.

Wordpress Marketing Modals

A lite weight plugin used for creating simple modals in wordpress using ACF.

Getting Started

Currently I do not queue ACF on my own, so you need to have ACF active on your site. You do not need the Pro Version.

Installing

  1. Upload Sceniber_modals.zip to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory and extract
  2. Activate the plugin through the "Plugins" menu in WordPress
  3. Add the class modal-link to open the href of that link into a modal window.

Requirements

  • ACF Pro >= 5.7.O plugin
  • WordPress 4.7+ because of [get_theme_file_uri()](https://developer.wordpress.org/reference/functions/get_theme_file_uri)
  • PHP 5.6+
