Install
This is the repository archive. It installs, but the folder name will carry the branch suffix and updates will not flow.
Install straight from GitHub with WP-CLI:
wp plugin install https://github.com/christiespeich/mbm-cover-as-featured-image/archive/refs/heads/master.zipUpdates itself. It ships its own updater (Plugin Update Checker), so new versions appear under Dashboard → Updates.
Use a book's cover image as the featured image of the page.
Use a book's cover image as the featured image of the page. This would allow you to use it in sliders, for example.
Be aware that your theme may use the featured image in the templates and affect your book page.
1. Upload the plugin files to the /wp-content/plugins/mbm-cover-as-featured-image directory, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly.
1. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' screen in WordPress
