Site Grayscale Mode (Wordpress)

Turn your site grayscale with adjustable intensity. Includes visitor toggle, shortcode, and optional wp-admin support.

Description

  • CSS filter grayscale with adjustable intensity (0–100%)
  • Optional grayscale effect for the WordPress dashboard (wp-admin)
  • Visitor toggle button (remembers preference per browser)
  • Shortcode: [grayscale_toggle]
  • Exclude specific elements using the CSS class: .no-grayscale

Installation

  1. Upload the ZIP file via Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin.
  2. Activate Site Grayscale Mode.
  3. Open Settings → Grayscale Mode to configure:
    • Enable grayscale
    • Set intensity percentage
    • Enable visitor toggle or admin bar toggle if desired
