Manage Image Sizes
A ClassicPress/WordPress plugin to add and manually edit image sizes. Reworked from the Post Thumbnail Editor plugin http://sewpafly.github.io/post-thumbnail-editor
The Post Thumbnail Editor has long been abandoned so it's time update things, run through the TODOs in the comments, and fix the conflict with debug mode.
This also includes the Post Thumbnails Extras plugin files for registering additional image sizes.
