No release zip yet. The repository archive installs, but the folder name will carry the branch suffix and updates will not flow:
wp plugin install https://github.com/buddypress/bp-activity-block-editor/archive/refs/heads/trunk.zipDeclares an update source (https://github.com/buddypress/bp-activity-block-editor), so updates arrive through the plugin's own updater.

BP Activity Block Editor
BP Activity Block Editor is a BuddyPress feature as a plugin bringing a Block Based Activity post form to the Activity component.
It's still a Work In Progress, please don't use this plugin on a production site.
