Install
Upload it under Plugins → Add New Plugin → Upload Plugin, then activate.
Install straight from GitHub with WP-CLI:

Description
When multiple youtube videos on page, pause any playing video when start another.
Installation
- Download the latest release. (See "Releases" in right sidebar of Plugin's GitHub repo. Download the zip file attached to the latest release.)
- Go to your WordPress site and navigate to Plugins -> Add New.
- Click "Upload Plugin" and select the zip file you downloaded.
- Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' screen in WordPress.
