Install

No release zip yet. The repository archive installs, but the folder name will carry the branch suffix and updates will not flow:

wp plugin install https://github.com/bradpotter/genesis-layout-options/archive/refs/heads/master.zip

Declares an update source (https://github.com/bradpotter/genesis-layout-options), so updates arrive through the plugin's own updater.

Genesis Layout Options

WordPress plugin that adds optional layouts to Genesis Framework themes.

Requirements

  • WordPress 3.6
  • Genesis 2.0

Installation

Upload

  1. Download the latest tagged archive (choose the "zip" option).
  2. Go to the Plugins -> Add New screen and click the Upload tab.
  3. Upload the zipped archive directly.
  4. Go to the Plugins screen and click Activate.

Manual

  1. Download the latest tagged archive (choose the "zip" option).
  2. Unzip the archive.
  3. Copy the folder to your /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
  4. Go to the Plugins screen and click Activate.

Usage

Genesis Layout Options provides additional layouts to the Genesis Framework. Select from these new layouts just like you would from the built-in layouts. This plugin was created to work with the recently released ThemeCore theme. You may need to adjust the width settings in genesis-layout-options.css for your specific theme.
