Adds the h-card "u-url" class to links to your social links.

== Description ==

This plugin facilitates connections between your WordPress site social profiles by adding the Microformat "u-url" field to your social links. It is useful for validating ownership of third-party profiles and inter-connecting your various web properties. The Microformat h-card is commonly used on sites associated with the IndieWeb movement.

== Installation ==

  1. Upload or install plugin via WordPress.org Plugin Directory
  2. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress
  3. Add social icons with the rel="me" attribute.
  4. The plugin will add the u-url class to any social links with the rel="me" attribute.
