Blue Blaze Disable WordPress News Widget
Disables the WordPress News dashboard widget.
You might ask, "Why?". The WordPress News widget is harmless but does clutter up the database with a large transient in the options table. When a database needs to processed by hand, this large db entry can get in the way.
