Upload it under Plugins → Add New Plugin → Upload Plugin, then activate.

Install straight from GitHub with WP-CLI:

wp plugin install https://github.com/bikebearlabs/enable-patterns-in-acf-post-object-field/releases/download/v20250319-f9fe7fd/enable-patterns-in-acf-post-object-field.zip

No built-in updater. New versions won't appear under Dashboard → Updates. Install new releases yourself, or let Git Updater track the repository.

Overview

This plugin adds the wp_block post type to the list of post types that can be selected in the ACF Post Object field.

It works out of the box. No configuration needed.
