Install
Upload it under Plugins → Add New Plugin → Upload Plugin, then activate.
Install straight from GitHub with WP-CLI:

Installation
Download the latest release of the plugin & install it on your WordPress site.
Overview
This plugin filters all images to add the loading="lazy" attribute, & adds itself into the Image block settings in the Block Editor to allow setting the fetchpriority attribute.
Usage
loading="lazy"works when the plugin is activated. No additional settings are required.fetchpriorityattribute can be set in the Image block settings in the Block Editor.
