Upload it under Plugins → Add New Plugin → Upload Plugin, then activate.

Installation
Download the latest release of the plugin & install it on your WordPress site.
Overview
This plugin removes the thresholds for producing -scaled images on upload. This is useful if you want to keep the original image & its filename in the URL, & if you use the proper steps for WordPress automatic, responsive srcset generation (i.e. class="wp-image-{{ID}}).
Usage
It works out of the box. No configuration needed.
