Frequently Asked Questions

Do customers need to enter a coupon code?

No. All discounts apply automatically based on your rules. Cart-total discounts use virtual coupons internally but customers never need to enter a code.

Can I run multiple discounts at the same time?

Yes. Use the Stacking Behavior setting to control whether the best discount wins, all discounts stack, or only the first match applies. Individual rules can also be marked as "exclusive".

Does this work with variable products?

Yes. Discounts apply to both simple and variable products, including individual variations.

Can I schedule discounts?

Yes. Each rule has optional start and end dates. The rule only applies during the scheduled period.

How do I target specific categories?

When creating a Percentage or Fixed discount rule, set the "Applies To" dropdown to "Specific Categories" and select the categories you want to target.
