Upload it under Plugins → Add New Plugin → Upload Plugin, then activate.

Install straight from GitHub with WP-CLI:

wp plugin install https://github.com/backcourt/wc-mnm-disable-shipstation-module/releases/download/1.0.0/wc-mnm-disable-shipstation-module-1.0.0.zip
No built-in updater. New versions won't appear under Dashboard → Updates. Install new releases yourself, or let Git Updater track the repository.

Disable the built-in ShipStation Module in Mix and Match Products

Ideally the ShipStation Module will be rebuilt, but in the meantime you can download this plugin and activate it to disable the current compatibility module.
