Install
This is the repository archive. It installs, but the folder name will carry the branch suffix and updates will not flow.
Install straight from GitHub with WP-CLI:
wp plugin install https://github.com/arvinlp/selective-proxy-logger/archive/refs/heads/main.zipNo built-in updater. New versions won't appear under Dashboard → Updates. Install new releases yourself, or let Git Updater track the repository.
Routes selected WordPress HTTP API domains through an HTTP or SOCKS5 proxy and logs route/application results.
Features
- Exact-domain and wildcard matching, such as *.wordpress.org
- HTTP/HTTPS CONNECT, SOCKS5 and SOCKS5H modes
- Optional proxy authentication
- Request log with route status, HTTP code, duration and error
- Test URL from WordPress admin
- Automatic log retention
Important limitation
Only requests made through the WordPress HTTP API can be observed. Raw cURL calls or independent HTTP libraries used by third-party plugins may bypass this plugin.
Installation
- Upload and activate the plugin.
- Open Selective Proxy > Settings.
- Enter proxy information and one domain per line.
- Save, then use the test request.
