This is the repository archive. It installs, but the folder name will carry the branch suffix and updates will not flow.

Install straight from GitHub with WP-CLI:

wp plugin install https://github.com/aroraaastha/wp-helpdesk-lite/archive/refs/heads/main.zip

No built-in updater. New versions won't appear under Dashboard → Updates. Install new releases yourself, or let Git Updater track the repository.

WP Helpdesk Lite is a lightweight WordPress plugin for managing support tickets. Users can submit tickets from the frontend, and admins can manage them via a custom dashboard.

Frontend ticket submission using [helpdesk_ticket_form]
Tickets with High / Medium / Low priority
Ticket status management (Open, In Progress, Closed)
Admin dashboard with custom columns and priority badges
Secure form submission with WordPress nonces

Installation

Copy the folder to wp-content/plugins/.
Activate the plugin in WordPress admin.
Use [helpdesk_ticket_form] shortcode on any page to submit tickets.

Usage

Frontend: Logged-in users submit tickets via form.
Backend: Admin manages tickets under Helpdesk → Tickets.
