WP Helpdesk Lite is a lightweight WordPress plugin for managing support tickets. Users can submit tickets from the frontend, and admins can manage them via a custom dashboard.

Features

  • Frontend ticket submission using [helpdesk_ticket_form]
  • Tickets with High / Medium / Low priority
  • Ticket status management (Open, In Progress, Closed)
  • Admin dashboard with custom columns and priority badges
  • Secure form submission with WordPress nonces

Installation

  1. Copy the folder to wp-content/plugins/.
  2. Activate the plugin in WordPress admin.
  3. Use [helpdesk_ticket_form] shortcode on any page to submit tickets.

Usage

  • Frontend: Logged-in users submit tickets via form.
  • Backend: Admin manages tickets under Helpdesk → Tickets.
