Adds a customer-note count column to WooCommerce My Account orders and tracks unread customer notes per order.

Description

WooCommerce Customer Order Notes Tracker adds a Notes column to the customer orders table in My Account.

For each order, the column displays:

• Total number of customer-visible order notes
• Number of unread notes
• A green unread-notification message

When the order owner opens the WooCommerce view-order page, the current note count is stored as seen.

The plugin uses both a server-side update and a lightweight AJAX confirmation.

Installation

1. Download the repository as a ZIP file.
2. Go to Plugins → Add New Plugin → Upload Plugin.
3. Upload the ZIP file.
4. Install and activate the plugin.

Usage

No configuration is required.

1. Open My Account → Orders.
2. Review the new notes column.
3. Open an order with unread notes.
4. The current customer-note count is marked as seen.
5. Return to the orders table; the unread message will no longer appear unless new notes are added.

Counted Notes

Only customer-visible order notes are counted:

'type' => 'customer'

Private administrative notes are excluded.

Unread Calculation

Unread notes = Total customer notes - Seen customer notes

Negative results are normalized to zero.

Data Storage

The plugin stores one user-meta value per user and order.

Example:

The stored value is the number of customer notes seen for that order.

No custom database tables are created.

افزودن ستون تعداد یادداشت‌ها به سفارش‌های حساب کاربری ووکامرس و رهگیری یادداشت‌های خوانده‌نشده هر سفارش.

توضیحات

افزونه WooCommerce Customer Order Notes Tracker یک ستون یادداشت‌ها به جدول سفارش‌های بخش حساب کاربری اضافه می‌کند.

برای هر سفارش موارد زیر نمایش داده می‌شود:

• تعداد کل یادداشت‌های قابل مشاهده برای مشتری
• تعداد یادداشت‌های خوانده‌نشده
• پیام سبزرنگ یادداشت جدید

زمانی که مالک سفارش صفحه view-order را باز کند، تعداد فعلی یادداشت‌ها به‌عنوان دیده‌شده ذخیره می‌شود.

افزونه برای اطمینان بیشتر از ثبت سروری و تایید سبک AJAX استفاده می‌کند.

نصب

1. repository را به‌صورت ZIP دانلود کنید.
2. وارد افزونه‌ها ← افزودن افزونه تازه ← بارگذاری افزونه شوید.
3. فایل ZIP را بارگذاری کنید.
4. افزونه را نصب و فعال کنید.

نحوه استفاده

نیازی به تنظیمات اضافی نیست.

1. وارد حساب کاربری ← سفارش‌ها شوید.
2. ستون یادداشت‌ها را بررسی کنید.
3. سفارش دارای یادداشت خوانده‌نشده را باز کنید.
4. تعداد فعلی یادداشت‌ها به‌عنوان دیده‌شده ثبت می‌شود.
5. پس از بازگشت به لیست سفارش‌ها، پیام خوانده‌نشده حذف خواهد شد؛ مگر اینکه یادداشت جدیدی ثبت شده باشد.

یادداشت‌های شمارش‌شده

فقط یادداشت‌های قابل مشاهده برای مشتری شمارش می‌شوند:

یادداشت‌های خصوصی مدیران در شمارش قرار نمی‌گیرند.

محاسبه خوانده‌نشده‌ها

تعداد خوانده‌نشده = تعداد کل یادداشت‌های مشتری - تعداد دیده‌شده

مقادیر منفی به صفر تبدیل می‌شوند.

ذخیره‌سازی داده

برای هر کاربر و سفارش یک user meta ذخیره می‌شود.

مقدار ذخیره‌شده برابر تعداد یادداشت‌های دیده‌شده آن سفارش است.

جدول اختصاصی دیتابیس ایجاد نمی‌شود.
