This is the repository archive. It installs, but the folder name will carry the branch suffix and updates will not flow.

Install straight from GitHub with WP-CLI:

wp plugin install https://github.com/alquemie/gf-formname/archive/refs/heads/master.zip
No built-in updater. New versions won't appear under Dashboard → Updates. Install new releases yourself, or let Git Updater track the repository.

GF Form Name Add-On

Add the name attribute to the GravityForms form tag based on the form's title. There is also a setting to push the form name to the GTM dataLayer in order to capture submission events.

Installation

  1. Upload the plugin files to the /wp-content/plugins/gf-formname directory, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly.
  2. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' screen in WordPress
  3. Use the Forms->Settings->Form Name Info screen to configure the plugin
