This is the repository archive. It installs, but the folder name will carry the branch suffix and updates will not flow.

Install straight from GitHub with WP-CLI:

wp plugin install https://github.com/alpipego/wp-resolve-attachment-path/archive/refs/heads/master.zip

On Packagist as alpipego/resolve-attachment-path:

composer require alpipego/resolve-attachment-path

No built-in updater. New versions won't appear under Dashboard → Updates. Install new releases yourself, or let Git Updater track the repository.

A micro plugin to resolve attachment paths and urls

Anyone who does not like relative path dots in their asset urls/paths and who does not have a "standard" WordPress installation.

If you have a relative path, the WordPress uploader won't work.

becomes

http://example.com/uploads/image.jpg
