Install

No release zip yet. The repository archive installs, but the folder name will carry the branch suffix and updates will not flow:

wp plugin install https://github.com/alinademi/favourite-button-block/archive/refs/heads/main.zip

Adds a WordPress block that lets logged-in users favourite posts.

The block shows a favourite button and an optional public count. Logged-out visitors see a login link.

Favourite state loads after the page renders, so the block works with page caching. Deleting a user updates post counts. Permanently deleting a post removes its favourites.
