This is the repository archive. It installs, but the folder name will carry the branch suffix and updates will not flow.

Install straight from GitHub with WP-CLI:

wp plugin install https://github.com/alexcu21/wc-rating-addon/archive/refs/heads/main.zip
No built-in updater. New versions won't appear under Dashboard → Updates. Install new releases yourself, or let Git Updater track the repository.

A WooCommerce plugin that adds visual traffic-light rating indicators to your product admin list, making it easy to identify product health at a glance.

Description

WC Product Rating Visual enhances your WooCommerce admin product list with color-coded rating badges that help you quickly identify products needing attention:

  • Red 🔴 - Products with low ratings (configurable threshold)
  • Yellow 🟡 - Products with moderate ratings
  • Green 🟢 - Products with good ratings
  • Gray ⚫ - Products with insufficient reviews

Features

Admin Column

  • Adds a "Rating Visual" column to the WooCommerce products list
  • Displays traffic-light badges with the average rating and review count
  • Column positioned after the stock column
  • Color-coded dots for quick visual identification

Sorting

  • Column is sortable by average rating
  • Click column header to sort products by rating (ascending/descending)

Dashboard Widget

  • WordPress admin dashboard widget showing product health summary
  • Displays count of critical, needs improvement, and good products
  • Links directly to filtered product list
  • Cached for 5 minutes to optimize performance

Settings

  • Configurable thresholds for red and yellow ratings
  • Adjustable minimum reviews requirement before showing color
  • Settings page under WooCommerce > Rating Visual

Requirements

  • WordPress 6.5+
  • WooCommerce 7.0+
  • PHP 7.4+

Installation

  1. Upload the plugin files to /wp-content/plugins/wc-product-rating-visual/
  2. Activate the plugin through the WordPress Plugins screen
  3. Ensure WooCommerce is installed and active
