This is the repository archive. It installs, but the folder name will carry the branch suffix and updates will not flow.

Install straight from GitHub with WP-CLI:

A comprehensive, production-ready WordPress & WooCommerce payment gateway plugin that allows online stores to accept offline/manual mobile payments via Cash App, Venmo, and Zelle with dynamic QR code generation, one-click copyable handles, custom QR upload fallback, checkout & thank-you page displays, email instructions, and automated on-hold order management.

Key Features

  1. Three Dedicated Payment Gateways:
    • Cash App: Enter your Cashtag (e.g. $YourStore). The plugin generates a live dynamic QR code and displays a copyable Cashtag button.
    • Venmo: Enter your Venmo username (e.g. @YourStore). The plugin generates a live dynamic QR code and displays a copyable handle.
    • Zelle: Enter your Account Name, registered email address, and/or registered mobile phone number with copy buttons.
  2. Dynamic QR Code Generation + Custom Upload Fallback:
    • Dynamic QR codes are generated instantly from the entered username/cashtag without needing manual design.
    • Option to upload official custom QR code images directly from the WordPress Media Library.
  3. Unified Admin Settings Dashboard:
    • Easily manage and configure all three payment gateways from WooCommerce > Manual Payments or through standard WooCommerce > Settings > Payments.
    • Enable/disable checkboxes, customizable titles, customer descriptions, and email/thank-you instructions for each method.
  4. Interactive Checkout & Order Received Displays:
    • Responsive cards with official branding colors (Cash App Green #00D632, Venmo Blue #008CFF, Zelle Purple #7414CA).
    • One-click Copy to Clipboard buttons for Cashtag, Username, Email, and Phone number with visual feedback.
    • Prompts customers to include their Order Number in the payment note/memo for fast order matching.
  5. Automatic Order Status (On-Hold):
    • Orders placed with these payment methods are automatically placed in On-Hold status with a descriptive order note until the merchant verifies payment receipt.
    • Automatically handles stock reduction and cart clearing per WooCommerce settings.
  6. Order Confirmation Email Integration:
    • Injects full payment instructions and account details directly into the customer's order receipt email.

Installation

  1. Copy the wc-manual-payments folder to your WordPress plugins directory: /wp-content/plugins/.
  2. In your WordPress admin dashboard, navigate to Plugins and click Activate under WooCommerce Manual Payments (Cash App, Venmo, Zelle).
  3. Navigate to WooCommerce > Manual Payments (or WooCommerce > Settings > Payments) to enter your Cashtag, Venmo username, and Zelle details.

Configuration & Usage

1. Cash App Setup

  • Enabled: Check the box to enable Cash App at checkout.
  • Cashtag: Enter your Cashtag (e.g., MyStoreName or $MyStoreName).
  • Custom QR Code Image: (Optional) Upload your official Cash App QR code image via the WordPress Media uploader.
  • Instructions: Add any special notes (e.g., "Please send payment and include your Order # in the note").

2. Venmo Setup

  • Enabled: Check the box to enable Venmo at checkout.
  • Venmo Handle: Enter your Venmo username (e.g., MyStoreHandle or @MyStoreHandle).
  • Custom QR Code Image: (Optional) Upload your official Venmo QR code image via the WordPress Media uploader.

3. Zelle Setup

  • Enabled: Check the box to enable Zelle at checkout.
  • Account / Business Name: The recipient name on your Zelle account.
  • Zelle Email: The email address linked to your Zelle account.
  • Zelle Phone: The mobile phone number linked to your Zelle account.
  • Custom QR Code Image: (Optional) Upload your Zelle QR code image.

Security & Best Practices

  • All inputs sanitized with sanitize_text_field(), sanitize_email(), and esc_url_raw().
  • Nonce protection (wp_verify_nonce()) and user capability checks (current_user_can('manage_woocommerce')).
  • Secure output escaping via esc_html(), esc_attr(), and esc_url().
