Description

Philip & Shelly Real Estate provides an editorial, luxury real estate presentation layer for WordPress websites. Designed specifically for high-end real estate agencies, brokerages, and agents who require sleek typography, dynamic market comparisons, responsive financial tools, and independent shortcodes.

Features

  • Market Snapshots Custom Post Type: Manage market statistics with the native WordPress Classic Editor and dynamic custom meta boxes.
  • Featured Listings Custom Post Type: Dedicated post type to create multiple property groups with custom headings (e.g., "Latest Properties", "Riverfront Homes"), property cards with image uploader, status badges, and ready-to-use shortcodes.
  • Dynamic County / Area Comparisons: Add, edit, and reorder county statistics (Median Sale Price, Days on Market, List-to-Sale Ratio).
  • Mortgage Estimator: Real-time monthly payment calculation directly alongside market snapshots.
  • Seamless Calculator Data Transfer: Transfers entered home price, down payment, rate, and term to the full mortgage calculator page seamlessly.
  • Full Mortgage Calculator: Complete loan details with $/% toggles, quick percentage presets (3%, 5%, 10%, 20%), property tax, insurance, and HOA fees.
  • Dynamic Amortization Schedule: Full yearly breakdown table dynamically generated for 15, 20, 25, or 30-year terms.
  • Three Independent Shortcodes: Use [ps_market_snapshot], [ps_mortgage_calculator], and [ps_featured_listings id="..."] anywhere independently.
  • Admin Settings & 1-Click Demo Data: Configure default parameters, styling CSS variables, and install complete screenshot demo data in one click.

Installation

  1. Upload the philip-shelly-real-estate.zip file via Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin, or extract the folder to /wp-content/plugins/.
  2. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.
  3. Go to Philip & Shelly > Settings to configure your default parameters or install demo data.

Shortcodes

  • [ps_market_snapshot id="..."] - Displays the Market Snapshot component with county comparisons and interactive mortgage estimator.
  • [ps_featured_listings id="123"] - Displays the featured property listing collection created under the Featured Listings CPT tab.
  • [ps_featured_listings heading="Latest Properties" count="4"] - Displays featured property cards with on-the-fly custom heading and column overrides.
  • [ps_mortgage_calculator] - Displays the full mortgage calculator, summary panel, and dynamic amortization schedule.
