No release zip yet. The repository archive installs, but the folder name will carry the branch suffix and updates will not flow:

Local install

Copy this folder into wp-content/plugins/ as regiones-y-comunas
Activate ArielHF Regiones y Comunas Chile
Ensure WooCommerce is active

WordPress.org submission

Validate readme.txt with the official readme validator
Zip the plugin folder (exclude .git, wordpress-assets)
Submit at https://wordpress.org/plugins/developers/add/
After approval, upload banners/icons to SVN /assets/ (see wordpress-assets/README.md)
