Install
This is the repository archive. It installs, but the folder name will carry the branch suffix and updates will not flow.
Install straight from GitHub with WP-CLI:
wp plugin install https://github.com/addpay/woo_wappoint_gateway/archive/refs/heads/main.zipNo built-in updater. New versions won't appear under Dashboard → Updates. Install new releases yourself, or let Git Updater track the repository.

Installation
Sign up for WapPoint
- Go to https://wappoint.addpay.co.za and sign up
- Login to the administration console
- Navigate to settings and view your developer credentials
- Keep the generated Client ID and Client SECRET closeby for plugin installation
Installation
Automatic Install
- Go to: WordPress Admin > Plugins > Add New and Search for WapPoint
- Install Now and Activate the extension.
- Navigate to the plugin settings, enter the generated client ID and client SECRET, hit save.
- Test your checkout with a product and select WapPoint as the checkout method
Manual Install
- Download the .zip file: WapPoint WooCommerce.
- Go to: WordPress Admin > Plugins > Add New and Upload Plugin with the file you downloaded with Choose File.
- Install Now and Activate the extension.
- Navigate to the plugin settings, enter the generated Client ID and Client SECRET, hit save.
- Test your checkout with a product and select WapPoint as the checkout method
