Description

Patient Record Manager is a WordPress plugin that enables healthcare professionals to manage patient records efficiently. This plugin allows WordPress admins (and editors) to add patients with detailed information, upload JPEG & PDF files, and provide patients with secure login access to view their medical records.

Installation

  1. Upload the Patient-Record-Manager folder to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
  2. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress
  3. Configure the plugin settings as needed

Usage

For Administrators

  1. Access the Patient Manager from your WordPress admin dashboard
  2. Add new patients with their details and upload relevant files
  3. View and manage all patient records
  4. Update patient passwords when needed

For Patients

  1. Use the shortcode [prm_patient_login] on any page to display the login form
  2. Patients can log in using their assigned Patient ID and password
  3. Once logged in, patients can view their information and access their files

  • PHP 7.2 or higher
