📦 安装
方式一：后台安装
- 进入 WordPress 后台 → 插件 → 安装插件 → 上传插件
- 选择插件 zip 文件上传
- 启用插件
方式二：FTP 上传
- 下载插件并解压
- 上传
time-capsule-standalone文件夹到/wp-content/plugins/ - 在 WordPress 后台启用插件
- 前往后台管理页面配置
