The author publishes release zips, so WP-CLI can install straight from GitHub:
wp plugin install https://github.com/szepeviktor/cookie-consent-cmp-for-wordpress/releases/download/v1.4.0/cookie-consent-cmp-1.4.0.zipDeclares an update source (false), so updates arrive through the plugin's own updater.

Cookie Consent CMP
A simple cookie consent banner for WordPress, powered by Klaro and compatible with the WP Consent API.
Installation
1. Download the latest plugin ZIP from Releases.
2. In WordPress, go to Plugins → Add New Plugin → Upload Plugin.
3. Upload the ZIP, install it, and activate the plugin.
4. Go to Settings → Cookie Consent CMP to customize the banner and integrations.
Requires WordPress 6.4 or later and PHP 7.4 or later.
