No release zip yet. The repository archive installs, but the folder name will carry the branch suffix and updates will not flow:

I actually ended up abandoning this and writing my own subscriptions addon from scratch. The WooCommerce Subscriptions addon was just too far away from my requirements for renewing subscriptions and integrating with the WooCommerce Software addon.
